Why NSOrderedSet Doesn't Inherit From NSSet - A Real‑life Example of the Liskov Substitution Principle

There was an interesting question on StackOverflow this morning: Why doesn't NSOrderedSet inherit from NSSet? It's interesting because the reason is so easy to miss.
